Zen Tai Chi is a new unique class designed by Master Long Fei Yang and specially developed around a busy modern lifestyle. Zen Tai Chi is designed to be a 4-class, once-weekly course over the span of February.
Zen Tai Chi helps to relieve daily stress and balance pressure and aches on the body with a thoughtfully edited combination of personalized healing music and the fusion of Chinese meditation, qigong, and Taichi exercises. The use of traditional methods of training that realign bone structure and produce stronger muscles while relaxing the mind and body, allows students to obtain good circulation and balance of their inner Qi.
Other benefits when practicing Zen Tai Chi are weight loss, physical strength, agility, grace, posture improvement, tranquillity, and most importantly, spiritual and mental health enhancement. Sharing this extraordinary new practice, Master Yang aims to improve the quality of life of as many people as he possibly can reach worldwide.
Master Longfei Yang is the founder of the Xin Wu Men martial arts school. He has judged several martial arts competitions throughout the years and many of his students have won several championships. He was been training since the age of six and has been teaching for over twenty six years, in total his martial arts experience exceeds four decades.
