If you’re looking for a way to slow down, reflect and develop a new relationship with your mind and body, I highly recommend taking the TaiChi /Qigong, with instructor Viviane Chen. This class has taught me the importance of taking care of my mind. It has taught me to listen to what my body needs.

This practice has become a part of my life. Viviane Chen creates a safe that allows you to achieve your personal goals.”

Elizabeth M.

“Viviane is a very capable and caring teacher. As a first time student of tai chi and qigong, I was anxious but Viviane makes the practice easily accessible to anyone. She creates a supportive environment where each student learns and feels great. I look forward to each class as an ‘oasis’ which leaves me feeling connected and revitalized.
